- In the event of guest cancellation, with more than 60 days (non-holiday) or more than 90 days (holiday) written notice guest will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee of the total rental. Under 60 days (nonholiday) or 90 days (holiday), guest will receive a refund only if the villa can be re-rented, and subject to a 10% administration fee of the total rental.
