MEXICAN RICE

INGREDIENTS:
• 300 Grams Rice
• 1/4 Cup Oil
• 1/4 Cup Onion (Chopped)
• 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
• 5 Tomatoes (Mature)
• 1 Can (220 Grams) Grained Corn
• 1 1/2 L Water
• Salt to Taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes, & 1/2 L of water to blender, and blend until liquified. 
2. Strain until no lumps remain. 
3. Heat oil in saucepan over high heat and add rice. Fry for 5 minutes. 
4. Once the rice is fried, add the strained tomato puree, 1 L of water, the canned corn, and salt to taste. 
5. Let boil for 15-20 minutes. 
6. Serve warm.
