Michael and Rodolpho lead a phenominal staff in creating the exact enviornment we hoped for. Every morning we woke up to all the common areas being exceptionally cleaned and sanitized. Everyone I am sure raves about the view, but it is absolutely incredible. We did some excursions and likely should have just enjoyed the 91 degree pool more. Michale is very attentative, and we communicated many times before the trip to make sure we were 100% on the same page....which we absolutely were. We broke a few glasses and a blender, and the small charges were agreed on and appropriate....again, the communication was excellent. I would 100% recommend staying at Casa Theodore, and will likely return in the future. We had a large crew of 25 people, and it had ample beds and sleeping arrangements for everybody!5.0 / 534 -

Our stay at Casa Theodore was spectacular! Our host was highly communicative ahead of our stay ensuring all of our needs were met. The house was clean, well kept, and very well staffed. The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of our chef and spa in home services. The concierge handled our every need and we were very well taken care of. The owner was terrific to work with and always quick to respond to emails and request! Rodolfo the house concierge and primary contact with us while staying at the house was wonderful and couldn’t have done a better job, he personally took care of any request or need the group had! Casa Theodore is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in, period. Michael (the owner) and Rodolpho (the concierge) worked closely with us before and during our stay to make sure we had the best experience possible. They helped us plan activities -- golf, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing -- that were both excellent and enjoyable for our entire group and also arranged for transportation for each of the activities as well as to and from the airport. They found a chef who made wonderful breakfasts and dinner each day. They managed a staff that cleaned our rooms, made sure we had clean towels for the pool, coffee in the morning, snacks in the afternoon, etc. The staff observed all Covid protocols, keeping us safe the entire stay, and arranged for our pre-flight Covid tests before our flight back to the USA. Finally, Michael, Rodolpho and staff are able to provide this service in an intimate setting and have perfected the art of being available whenever you need them while at the same time giving our group the space and privacy expected from a five star hotel. We give Casa Theodore the highest recommendation.5.0 / 50 -

Casa Theodore is the best! We've been to Cabo many times and this was one of our best stays ever. The house easily fit all 22 of us, and the staff was top-notch. The owner is really responsive and the planning was easy. If you have a big group traveling to Cabo, I definitely recommend this house.5.0 / 50 -

This place is all it appears to be and more. The service is incredible. I don't think I saw a single piece of garbage or a dirty dish our entire stay. The staff was incredible and the communication leading up to our stay was also 5 stars. The house is bigger than it even appears to be in the pictures with all rooms offering privacy.
