Hacienda's menu show cases the different regions and flavors of Mexico through expertly crafted authentic dishes using only the finest local ingredients. With a menu created by famed Chef Andrea Blanco, and the kitchen helmed by the talented Executive Chef Uziel Torres, Hacienda features Mexican specialties from the Oaxaca, Puebla, Guerrero and Veracruz regions. Hacienda Cocina y Cantina uses locally and regionally grown produce that Chef Torres personally selects in order to feature the highest-quality ingredients.
