My crew and I had an exceptional time at Casa Theodore. The staff was incredibly attentive, we ate most all of our meals at the house and the food was exceptional, and the management of the house made things really easy to deal with leading up to the trip. I'd highly recommend for large group gatherings that you go through Casa Theodore. Not not only was the food and service top notch, but the house is impeccable and the views were incredible. Thank you to the whole team for an amazing time. I hope we can find a time to come back soon!

18 adults (9 couples) stayed at this house to celebrate our friends birthday and we LOVED IT! Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom, the owner and his team did a great job with communication and helped us set up chef meals, poolside massages, shuttles to/from the airport, a sunset cruise and more so we didn't have to cook or clean once/plan anything. We truly showed up and got to relax the whole time. It was a 10/10 great experience and I couldn't recommend it enough! I hope we can come back next year and rinse and repeat the trip all over again!

Our stay at Casa Theodore Villa was magical! The grounds are stunning and immaculate. The villa is the perfect blend of private space and communal areas for connection. The beds are very comfortable, and the AC works well. No complaints there. The pool and outdoor areas are so inviting; total relaxation was had. All in all, a gorgeous property. Now for the best part, the amazing staff! They were so attentive and anticipated all of our needs. They accommodated our stay here over more wonderful. They were a joy to get to know and so kind. Casa Theodore is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in, period. Michael (the owner) and Rodolpho (the concierge) worked closely with us before and during our stay to make sure we had the best experience possible. They helped us plan activities -- golf, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing -- that were both excellent and enjoyable for our entire group and also arranged for transportation for each of the activities as well as to and from the airport. They found a chef who made wonderful breakfasts and dinner each day. They managed a staff that cleaned our rooms, made sure we had clean towels for the pool, coffee in the morning, snacks in the afternoon, etc. The staff observed all Covid protocols, keeping us safe the entire stay, and arranged for our pre-flight Covid tests before our flight back to the USA. Finally, Michael, Rodolpho and staff are able to provide this service in an intimate setting and have perfected the art of being available whenever you need them while at the same time giving our group the space and privacy expected from a five star hotel. We give Casa Theodore the highest recommendation.

We had a great time at Casa Theodore. Michael (the host) and Rodolfo (the concierge) were fantastic. The 9 bedrooms perfectly accommodated our group of 21 people (14 adults, 7 kids). The staff cleaned the entire home every day and provided fresh towels for the bathrooms and pool. There was plenty of seating for meals both inside and outside. The grill was great for cooking hamburgers, hotdogs, etc. The Wi-Fi was OK, but slower than in the US. Some of the showers took a while to warm up. Some highlights from the trip included golfing at Cabo Real, walking around the marina, going to Medano Beach (although the vendors were a bit too insistent), watching the cruise ships and whales, going on a camel ride, walking around Pedregal (be ready to hike up and down hills), walking to the beach (the closest beach is not swimmable), eating dinner at Manta, snorkeling at Santa Maria Beach (there were no vendors here), going on a camel ride, taking a private catamaran tour from Big Mike Sea Adventures, and ordering Il Forno for delivery. Every day we got hours of use out of the heated pool and spa. The view from the pool was incredible.

If I could give Casa Theodore more than 5 stars, I would! The entire staff prior to my trip was very friendly and helpful in booking transportation and chef services. When we arrived, it was even better than what we expected! The house staff was amazing, and was always there if we needed anything. Gorgeous views, clean rooms, great location. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better house for my friend’s bachelorette. Will definitely be staying here again!

The villa was everything we hoped it would be. Rodolfo and the cleaning staff were excellent. The chef services were great as well. I will say it should be noted that there is only one master suite. Also, a few of the rooms have small windows w no views and one room has no window at all. Also, One room has no bathroom or closet. Depending on your party size and demographics this could be an issue. But that being said, the villa is spacious and well kept. Even when we had a maintenance problem it was immediately addressed. The views from the villa were spectacular. We had a terrific time!

Our host was very attentive, personal and helped us with all of our needs. The house far exceeded expectations and was perfect for our large group. We would love to stay at Casa Theodore very soon.

We had an amazing time at Casa Theodore! We had 11 couples… everyone had a king bed and private bathroom (10 are ensuites, the 11th is a short walk across the hall)… The pool and hot tub were amazing with views of the ocean. The on-site staff was fantastic… Rodolfo, the concierge was awesome! He and the staff took great care of us. We did dinner twice at the house and breakfast each morning. The food was fantastic! The house was perfect for our group of 22… everyone commented on how quiet each room was and how comfortable the beds are. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Family and friends came for my birthday. Casa Theodore has easy access to fishing shopping and the beach in a very secure closed community I recommend having full staff to make your stay completely relaxing!

The villa is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. There was enough room in the living and dining areas (both inside and out) to not feel crowded, even with 21 people gathered together, and absolutely enough room so that when people wanted spread out to their bedrooms it felt like you had the place to yourself. The neighborhood is quiet (except a few hours on a Monday morning when there was some construction noise nearby) and felt very safe. The villa is located a short cab/shuttle ride to most of the places you would want to go in Cabo San Lucas (but it’s not close to San Jose del Cabo, Flora Farms, or the airport with traffic). It is a very short walk to Pedregal Playa which was nearly empty each time we went. The communication was great, Michael Theodore and Rachel Leahy both answered all of my questions. The option to pre-stock the kitchen was convenient because our visit only lasted 3 days, but some of the items were really not what was pictured, and selection is limited. For a longer visit it might make sense to go to Costco and buy items yourself, but for us time was more important. Chef Services were another great option for most of our meals. (We catered 2 dinners and 1 brunch.) Again, due to the short duration of our trip (but also considering the size of our group), not wasting time gathering everyone, taking/waiting for a shuttle, driving to a restaurant, and then repeating the process in reverse order at the end of the meal allowed much more time for us to socialize while the meals were prepared for us in the villa. (Also, we appreciated having the choice to dine while wearing pajamas on our first night in Pedregal.) The food was very good and well presented. We were originally supposed to have 23 guests travelling with us, but 2 people couldn’t make it at the last minute. However, we ended up leaving the Chef Services contract at 23 guests, and the amount of food was perfect for our final group of 21. I estimate that on average our group had a typical American appetite, so you may consider ordering a couple of extra portions so you won’t worry about running out of food. To be fair, portion size is fully disclosed on the website when ordering Chef Services. Concierge Rodolfo was extremely responsive and helpful in arranging (and last minute re-arranging) shuttles, a boat excursion, and coordinating the Chef Services. The daily cleaning crew was fantastic too.

The house and service were both great.

My husband and I hosted a truly spectacular 60th birthday weekend for him with 18 guests at Casa Theodore, mostly couples. The house itself looks as pictured, in some instances better, and is well-designed for large groups. The pool/jacuzzi and sunbathing deck are gorgeous and the whale watching in February was INSANE. Our master suite was perfect; it is right off the pool, which makes sense, but can also be loud if you are trying to rest while your guests are carousing. Most of the bedrooms are large with en suite bathrooms and gorgeous ocean views; however, there are a couple of bedrooms that were not usable for our guests--one that is on the non-guest side of the house where the staff works (ideal for a nanny or in our case our event planner) and one that is very dark with only one high skinny window. There is also a tiny bedroom on the second level down that can only accommodate a twin bed but has a lovely ocean view. As other reviews mention, the two nicest guest suites are two floors down from the main space and incur a separate per night charge in addition to the VRBO price if you want to use them (which we did). They have a kitchen and living room between them--almost like a separate apartment from the rest of the house. Casa Theodore is a full-service venue as much as it is a house, which I did not fully appreciate until we got into the planning details. It has its own suite of vendors, which guests are required to use, including catering staff (which cook in an industrial kitchen on property separate from the space guests use), spa services, concierge, housecleaning, etc. All of the services were more than adequate and the food, in particular, was excellent. We had delicious breakfast prepared for our group each morning, lunch and/or snacks, and dinner on 2 nights. Everything is locally sourced and fresh and the house-made salsas and avocado crema are sublime. We also truly loved having our bartender throughout the afternoon and evenings. The owner, Michael, was also on hand much of the time to supervise meal service and translate when necessary. The entire experience ended up being quite pricey, but a lot of that is attributed to our choices to utilize everything the house had to offer (catering, on-site spa services, servers, bartender) and to stock up on fine liquors and wines. We would happily return if we have occasion to host another large group in Cabo. Thank you, Michael and everyone at Casa Theodore!

We loved staying at Casa Theodore! There were 16 of us for a Bachelorette Party, and there was more than enough room (we used 9 of the 11 bedrooms). The onsite staff was incredible and very helpful. We needed more groceries toward the end of our stay, so the concierge arranged to have all the items on our list picked up and delivered to the house. We also worked with Michael's team prior to our trip to arrange dinner reservations, a boat rental, and all of our transportation. Everything was wonderful. I'd definitely stay at Casa Theodore again!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff was exceptional and helping coordinate everything prior to our stay and then during our stay the on-site staff was fabulous! The property is a short drive to downtown and the views were spectacular, would definitely return.

We broke a few glasses and a blender, and the small charges were agreed on and appropriate....again, the communication was excellent. I would 100% recommend staying at Casa Theodore, and will likely return in the future. We had a large crew of 25 people, and it had ample beds and sleeping arrangements for everybody!

WOW!! I am an avid cabo traveler and Casa Theodore is above and beyond amazing!!! Whether you are couples, or bachelor party, or family they have it all. Perfect comfortable rooms all with own bathrooms. Amazing beds. The view is to die for!!!! Plus the Host Michael knows how to entertain weather it is a dinner in or VIP transportation around town he is 6 stars and will cater to your needs! Don’t forget to help him plan your trip!!! His daily staff is amazing and kind and trustworthy! Only place i will stay in Cabo!!! Oh did I mention pool is ridiculous makes you feel like you are on top of the world!! Casa Theodore was incredible for my husband’s birthday. The place was very clean and stunningly beautiful. Splendid- spent 4 nights here Nov 2019 and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Its costly but, per usual, you get what you pay for. the house is perfectly kept, the views are spectacular and the staff is attentive. They stayed out of our way and provided assistance whenever we asked for it. We had 11 rooms and each had its own charm and benefit. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a luxury vaca.

This place is AMAZING, the photos don't do it justice. The rooms are all spacious and the views are spectacular. The house staff makes you feel so taken care of and safe. They have everything you need to have the best time ever. Don't be thrown off by the other low review, there was more to that story and when things got a little too loud with our group the security guard for the house just asked us to keep the volume down and there were no problems after that. I highly recommend staying here, you will be blown away by how comfortable and beautiful it is.

Wow, not really sure where to start, from the reservation to the follow up a day after checking out, Micheal and Rachel were absolutely amazing. The villa was beyond my expectation, the pictures do absolutely NOTHING for this villa, you would have to stay here to understand. The beds were so comfortable, they were so hard to get out off each day. The villa accommodated 17 guest and the he spacing was excellent. The view was breathtaking. The villa is conveniently located minutes from the beach, Walmart, Costco, night life activities and pier. The security provided made all guest feel safe. The concierge service (Rolando) waited on the guest as if they were royalty. I was able to communicate effectively through WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa when visiting Los Cabo. yes

We have just returned from a two week stay in Casa Theodore and we couldn’t be happier! The property is everything that it says it will be on the site. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, luxurious and spacious. The pool and living area are magnificent! Amazing views of the Pacific Ocean with sunsets and whale watching that will be seared into our memories for a lifetime. We can’t say enough about the concierge, security and cleaning staff! They were attentive, efficient and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. We wanted to reward our employees with a retreat in paradise to thank them for all of their hard work and dedication thru the last 14 months. This was absolutely the best place that we could have picked. The look in their eyes when they entered the home and saw the view of the crashing waves of the Pacific was fantastic. We all had plenty of room to spread out - and yet many common areas where we could convene and bond as a company. The location was perfect - allowing us to walk to either the Pedregal beach or the center of Cabo. Working with Michael and his staff prior to our trip was seamless - they were very communicative and did not tire of my many questions and inquiries. And the onsite staff were just as wonderful. The home was kept spotless, Roldolfo was always available to help us set up a taxi or answer our questions and we felt very safe knowing that there was a security guard available during the night. We would definitely look to book this home again in the future. Thank you to the Casa Theodore team!

We just finished a five day stay at this property in Cabo. The house is spectacular and enormous! The staff is attentive, polite, respectful and the food is top shelf! Michael has been doing this for 23 years and it shows! Hes kind, attentive, hard working and absolutely focused on your satisfaction. He can take care of everything... Boats so you deal directly with the boat owners rather than brokers, fish packing and everything in between. Let him deal with everything. You'll be glad you did! I give it my highest recommendation! It was truly an AMAZING experience staying at Casa Theodore!! Everything was impeccable... the rooms were extremely clean, the beds were ridiculously comfortable, the food was made to perfection and every staff member was polite and happy to accommodate our every need. Would just like to say that our week at Casa Theodore wasn't long enough! This was our fourth multi-generational family vacation to this fabulous villa. Every part of the house dazzles. Between the delicious Mexican meals prepared by Casa Theodore's in-house chef, you can swim, soak in the jacuzzi, or walk down to the beach. There is even a gym and pool table with a white-water view! For me, the magic was having all the meals, chores, and planning taken care of, Casa Theodore's Concierge Services were on point and made everything easy. We will always treasure the memories of this exquisite residence and the amazing experience we encountered. 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up!!

It was an amazing trip overall. The service was great, food was great. The house was amazing! Very pretty, well maintained and a great time, day in and day out. The whole family was catered to, we felt like royalty the whole weekend. I would and have been telling people about visiting cabo and staying here. Whether its a family trip or an adult getaway, I recommend going to Casa Theodore!

This house has all you could ask for, including it's very own private disco with all inclusive alcohol and great food, ( an option they offer) as well as a strobe light, stage and lounge area. We partied all night until the sun came up without any outside interruptions. For those who want to cater to exclusive guests without any paparazzi, there is no better place in Cabo! Enjoy whitewater views from each room, and a full kitchen facility to make your own food if you want, or you can be pampered by the Chef or the cook. Kind, efficient and professional cleaning service every day, and a maintenance crew on call if you need any help with the pool or jacuzzi etc. Tons of deck room, outside shower, outside bar and kitchenette, canopy lounge areas, two beds outside if you want to sleep under the stars, fire pit that really works, heat lamps for the cooler evenings by the pool, as well as marble everywhere and fine quality environment if you are into luxury. The free snacks they provide are amazing and always just what we needed. The water throughout the house is filtered, even the showers, and the bathtubs could easily welcome more than one person for a romantic evening. The gated community at the Pedregal, and the private security guard were an extra bonus that made us all feel a bit like royalty. The beach is clean and within a few minutes from the front door and the site seeing and adventure packages they provided were as well organized and exciting as any true five star hotel. Could not have asked for anything more!

I spent a weekend at Casa W with a group of friends to celebrate our 30th birthdays. The house and view were absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Great experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Cabo!

Thank you for taking such great care of us. You made our holiday a dream come true!!! From the moment we entered Casa Theodore we felt like we were in Shangra la. The unprecedented and breathtaking views of the ocean from every single room in the house blew us all away. Everything was sparkling clean, and Alejandrina kept it that way the entire 10 days of our stay. Remarkable!!! The decor all looks brand new, the beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the special touches in the rooms with colorful tile murals and candle lit night lights. Very special and cozy. All of us looked forward to the well prepared meals and the delicious guacamole snacks and outrageous chocolate chips cookies in the evening. This was better than any five star hotel we have ever stayed in and we are all big travelers.It was also very comforting to have Sotero there to answer any questions, and to be available to adjust anything or helps us find what we needed. Knowing we were inside of a gated community with our own security guard was also extremely comforting being in a foreign country. All in all, I just can not say enough about this place. You created heaven on earth. We will all be back soon and now that we know how vast your Casa is, we will bring more friends next time.

If you are looking for a unique, absolutely top-shelf private Cabo experience this venue is peerless. It was immaculate, private, comfortable and GORGEOUS. From the infinity pool, hot tub and private sunbathing area with an unbroken view of the pacific waves pounding the beaches far below to the luxury beds, high thread-count sheets and plush towels, the owner of this villa has nailed every detail. The food and staff were outstanding as well. We will most definitely be back!

The property is wonderful and has a wonderful view of the pacific ocean. The pool area, which includes comfortable lounge chairs, a fire pit, and a large outside bar and grill, is perfect for entertaining. The owners are very flexible and can work with any size group, small or large. The staff was also very friendly and courteous.

Michael and his team are extremely professional and attended to our groups needs during our trip and helped make our stay memorable. The house is huge with 11 bedrooms on multiple levels offering a great amount of privacy for each occupant. They provide maid service each day so you get the hotel-like benefit and service with the uniqueness of a private home. The area in Pedregal is a safe, private, gated community and the house is a short walk down the hill to the beach. We pre-stocked the house with Michael and his team's help and they cooked for our group 2x and it turned out great. You certainly a premium for his services but they just make it easy for you. When returning to Cabo we will certainly be considering Casa Theodore again. Thanks for a great trip Michael!

From the time I started booking Casa Theodore the staff was always eager to help with the planning. The pictures didn't do this home justice. The layout was perfect, the view incredible, and the villa staff was so welcoming. You can't go wrong booking this beautiful home!

We had 11 couples that celebrated a friends 50th birthday. Talk about one of the best views in Cabo. House was fantastic and the property was extremely well maintained. Would absolutely recommend for large groups and family trips to Cabo. We enjoyed Steak and Lobster at the house one evening, great food and service. Will be back soon!! Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This property had everything we needed for our long weekend in Cabo. Beautiful pool overlooking the beach and ocean and a close proximity to restaurants, bars and town. Upon arrival, the house manager was there to greet us and walked us through the house showing us all of the amenities. The staff on site was also incredible - they helped us get groceries, helped to book activities (ATV tour and Boat Tour) as well as transportation to those activities. We will certainly be back to Casa Theodore next time in Cabo and I'd recommend this property to any friends or family traveling to the area!

This place is AMAZING, the photos don't do it justice. The rooms are all spacious and the views are spectacular. The house staff makes you feel so taken care of and safe. They have everything you need to have the best time ever. Don't be thrown off by the other low review, there was more to that story and when things got a little too loud with our group the security guard for the house just asked us to keep the volume down and there were no problems after that. I highly recommend staying here, you will be blown away by how comfortable and beautiful it is.

We rented the villa in celebration of my wife’s 40th birthday with 9 couples. Although we had an expectation of what to expect based on the website, photos still cannot do justice to the beauty of the view from the pool and virtually every bedroom. The villa layout and size allow for all guests to feel as if they can remove themselves for privacy if needed. Your staff was accommodating at every turn, chef was amazing, and having the security outside at night aided in making the group feel even more secure. This was not just another trip or vacation, it was an experience that surpassed all expectations. Thank you for sharing your villa with us and we are booking the same trip here next year.

Casa Theodore was an incredible location for an amazing weekend. Turning 40 isn't always a dream but doing so surrounded by great friends in this environment made it more than bearable. 11 rooms all with great views and privacy. A staff that was always accessible but not in your face. Pedregal is perfectly located just close enough to the Marina to easily get there but far enough to give you a remote island type feel. I planned this weekend for months and Casa Theodore was the perfect destination for the celebration,

We had 8 couples stay at Casa Theodore and it was a wonderful, spacious home. Plenty of room for all of us. The location in Pedregal was ideal. Close to the beach, but high enough to have amazing views. It was whale season, so we saw whales all day, every day making it even more special. The staff was very accommodating. They were there when you needed them, but yet you felt you had the home to yourselves. I would certainly come back and stay at Casa Theodore.

We came to Cabo for the weekend with five other couples and had a PERFECT trip. The villa exceeded our expectations. The staff on site was extremely helpful. We utilized the chef and bartender services and both Raul and Rodolfo were outstanding! The food was amazing and from presentation to clean up it was all exceptional. The rooms are very spacious, views are spectacular and the mattresses are great as well. The dining area which seated us all easily was nice but the real gem within this wonderful place is the outdoor area. Two large round tables seated all of us. A large couch and fire pit just in front of the outdoor bar was nice on cooler evenings. The hot tub, pool and all the outdoor loungers (plus two outdoor beds beside the pool) were the place to be for us all during the stay. The view over the Pacific Ocean was beyond beautiful. We saw numerous whales from the pool deck and the sunset is straight out of the movies. Additionally, we pre-planned the transportation from the airport and a few times back and forth into town for excursions. They were always right on time and were willing to accommodate all of our requests. I cannot say enough about this villa and I would give it the highest rating possible. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Cabo.

Wow! I am just blown away by this home and my entire experience during my stay at Casa Theodore. I was celebrating my 40th birthday and it will definitely go down in the memory books thanks to Michael and his staff. The home was absolutely breathtaking. All of our guests felt so comfortable and well taken care of. The meals that were cooked for us were so delicious and they were able to accommodate for several different culinary needs from our group (vegetarian, gluten free, etc). Anytime we needed anything, Michael was there to help. It was hard to leave :). Thank you!!

If you pass this up you are making a HUGE mistake. The Views are breathtaking. The house is Great: Clean Beds! Clean Couches! Clean Kitchen! CLEAN EVERYTHING! AND the staff keeps it looking the same way all weekend - SPOTLESS. The crew is there for you on anything you may need. Many people say this... this is for real! We took advantage of the meals in the house - each meal was better than anything we found in town AND it was less expensive. I could go on and on about the food - but I will just say - GET THE TORTA! If you have a BIG group - this is the house for you, there is plenty of privacy to get away - to relax - and all the bed rooms have views!!! We will be coming back!

We rented both Casa Mega Point and Casa Theodore for the weekend. Both houses were exactly as pictured with gorgeous views. Both homes were spacious and well appointed. We also had chef services during our stay. The food was absolutely amazing. Our entire group had a lovely time at the houses and in Cabo. Thanks for having us!

This house is one of a kind. We took 23 people to cabo for a birthday party. Being able to comfortably sleep that many people at one location is priceless. Had a private chef for meals that were amazing. The views of the pacific and sunset on the infinity edge pool were epic. Highly recommend this house.

The executive leadership team from our company spent 4 nights at Casa Theodore and couldn't have been happier with their trip. From the second we booked the house a few months ago, Marcela was there every step of the way offering help with airport transportation, chef services, prestocking, and lots of other things that the group needed for their stay. The house itself is breathtaking with the most beautiful views of sunrise and sunset you've ever seen. The group felt like royalty the entire time they were at Casa Theodore and will definitely stay here when they visit in the future! This villa is perfect inside and out. The villa is perfectly located in the hills overlooking the ocean. The infinity pool and hottub are perfect for relaxing any time of day. The bedrooms are all very well proportioned in addition to the very comfortable beds. The chef does an excellent job preparing meals as requested. The staff is very attentive and hospitable. The villa is perfect for any and all occasions. The level of cleanliness is second to none. Relax and listen to the sound of the ocean as the waves roll up on the beach.

If you want to stay at the best private luxury villa in Cabo San Lucas/Pedregal stay at Casa Theodore! It proved to be the ultimate luxury girls get away for my friends and me. My 3 girlfriends and I wanted to enjoy a safe luxury get away in Mexico and we could not have picked a better place. Casa Theodore is a spectacular luxury tropical villa located in Pedregal, a private gated community walking distance to Cabo San Lucas. The place is simply spectacular with sweeping ocean views every where you turn. Just some of the things we enjoyed were… the infinity pool, private patio dinning, private jetted en-suite tub, private Jacuzzi on our private patio, poolside massage, poolside manicures and pedicures, delicious private chef served meals, amazing beds with views of the ocean and more. The layout and at Casa Theodore features a pristine infinity pool that overlooks the golden beach and azure sea below. Everything about Casa Theodor, including the owner, was first class and more. In our private villa and through out the property no detail was over looked. I can not recommend Casa Theodore highly enough for anyone who desires true luxury in their life. And ladies, don’t hesitate to take yourself there. It is very safe and you are totally worth it!

Staff was always on call they did an amazing job cleaning the house, turn down service, coffee in the morning, and security was excellent with providing safety, fair and reliable transportation. The overall size of the house is massive, my group only had 3 of the potential 4 floors and still we had people getting lost. We had a little brocation so the space was much needed. Still despite all the additional room we always found ourselves dragged back to that pool deck. Seriously there must have been 50 places to sit or lay down, fireplace, bar, you really don't need to go anywhere else. I would recommend this house for anyone who has a large group planning to travel to Cabo, the house is designed for larger groups, has a huge grill to cook with, catered dinners offered (tacos were amazing), down town and best beach bars are literally a 5 minute drive from the Villa and costs like $3 a person by taxi. On our trip we usually did the beach during the afternoon, pool deck for sunset and dinner, and then downtown for the night. This was a trip of a lifetime for my friends and I! These Villas are like staying at a luxurious Resort Hotel and your family and friends are the only guests! We celebrated our daughter’s 21st bday with 26 guests, ranging from ages 20 to 55! We rented both of Michael’s Villas, Casa Mega Pt and Casa Theodore and although we had both Villas, everyone congregated at one pool all day for sun and margaritas, which made it so fun! The “Resort Hotel” feel ……each bedroom is like an individual hotel room, the beds have fluffy comforters, with gorgeous cotton sheets, such a great sleep! There is maid service for each room every morning, you wake up each day to the pool area cleaned by one of the staff and fresh beach towels placed on each lounge chair. The Chef and his staff are amazing, I would suggest using them for all your meals, especially breakfast, it is so wonderful waking up to fresh coffee, bacon, eggs however you like, eating outside looking at the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean while you’re enjoying the meal someone else cooked for you! (and they leave your kitchen spotless when they are finished!). If we needed anything, more ice, more beer, more tequila, Michael and his staff were on it!! They even coordinate Airport Shuttles, Dinner reservations, Club seatings, just like a Hotel Concierge. One of our favorite perks was having Fernando, as our private security guard. He accompanied us to the Clubs two nights for drinking and dancing, our shuttles pulled up to Cabo Wabo one night and El Squid Row the other and Fernando got out talked to the doorman, and got us seating at each Club for 26 people!!! So amazing!!! He also kept a watch on ALL our party to make sure we were “not bothered” by any out of hand club go’ers. We asked for anything and Fernando took care of it for us!!!! Michael and his staff at Casa Mega Point and Casa Theodore run a first class operation!! It was truly a memorable trip that we will talk about fondly for years to come!!! D. & R. We came for my friends 40th birthday party and we are already discussing going back. Highlights- castle Sunset view beach close by, not tourist trap, no one trying to sell you anything every room feels like your own condo In house chef- food is amazing and they will cook the fish you catch Mariachi band at house upon request Caught Marlin on boat reserved thru house Sunset view Friendly staff No matter what kind of fun you want to have they can provide it Sunset view 24 hour security Did I mention the sunset view? I could go on about how awesome the house and our trip was but I'm getting bummed thinking about not being there.

If you need a place in Cabo this is it! The villa was perfect for our group of 18 and could have easily accommodated a few more very comfortably. The owner and all his staff from chefs, housekeeping, security, drivers, concierge services, literally everything was excellent. If you are staying here and need anything they will arrange it all and they know better then I did what size, time and type of excursion we wanted to go on. If you are looking for a place in Cabo this is it! Close to everything beach, town, fishing and no need to leave for some of the best sunset view in Cabo.

My girls friends and I came down to Cabo for a relaxing vacation, we have stayed in hotels before but decided that a villa would be much more fun, and actually quite cost effective. We were taken away as soon as we walked in, not only were the rooms beautiful but walking out to the pool overlooking the ocean was breathtaking, especially at sunset. We ordered some Mexican specialties from the chef and had the BEST guacamole of our lives. The corn soufflé was also incredible! Overall, my stay at Casa Theodore made my trip to Cabo. I can't wait to return!

I stayed at Casa Theodore with a group of 15+ guys for a bachelor party in Cabo. The house was awesome and definitely lived up to our expectations. A few things I especially liked: - The house staff were exceptionally friendly and definitely made us feel well taken care of. They were happy to help make sure our stay was as comfortable and fun as possible. - The 11 bedrooms were all spacious and made it very comfortable to accommodate a large group such as ours. - The infinity pool + hot tub were obviously highlights, with great views of the Pacific. - The outdoor bar & firepit also made for great outdoor hangout spaces. We had so much fun at the house that we decided to just stay in for our 2nd night. I would certainly recommend this house for anyone looking to come with a large group of friends. I would also recommend it for large family gatherings.

Casa Mega Point was awesome! The staff was great & the chef was amazing. The house itself is very nice too. You can't beat the view. It was the perfect place for our company retreat.

We had heard great things about Casa Theodore and after staying there, our already high expectations were exceeded. The house was big and spacious, and very clean. The view of the Pacific Ocean was beautiful. Everything was well thought out and executed from a service perspective, from cooked meals to ice for our drinks, everything was available (even at short notice). The meals were prepared by the in house chef, and they were delicious. They were also flexible in regards to the meals. One night we were not able to provide fish as we struck out on our fishing trip, they quickly went to town to get fish to complete our meal for us. In addition to service at the house, transportation was set up and was billed through the house. This is great to set up as there are no hassles, especially to and from the airport. They also provided security to go out on the town with us, this was a huge asset as we were treated as locals when the security guard was with us. Overall, staying at Casa Theodore was a great experience. I plan on making a trip back in the future. I would (and already have) recommend this property to friends in the future.

We brought 22 people to Cabo to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and all stayed at Casa Mega Point. The whole trip was perfection! Michael and his team attend to every detail at the villa. The chef's meals were amazing! They far exceeded our expectations. The service was always responsive when we needed something. Everyone that worked at the villa was very friendly and you barely even knew they were there. They keep the house pristine. Michael and Marcela were great with all of the pre planning...always answered my questions very quickly. The location was fabulous too...overlooking the private beach on the pacific side, an easy 5 minute walk down to a secluded beach, and an easy drive into town. Our whole group would most definitely return to Casa Mega Point!

The villa was excellent. The layout was perfect for the nine couples to have private space and communal areas. The view from the infinity pool was spectacular. Lucas was a great bartender and the chefs were wonderful. I highly recommend this villa.

We just returned home from a "Magical Week" at Casa Theodore, celebrating our 50th anniversary. We had all ages--16 to 68, and we all loved every minute of being at the house. Many times the guests would say they just wanted to stay at the house rather than go somewhere. Marcela gave us the name of a Spa (Suzann Morel)who arranged to come to the house and give 11 massages in a little over two hours. They brought six therapists and every one was awesome. We also booked a Private Snorkel/Sail with Pez Gato (as recommended by Marcela).--everyone loved it, and the crew was awesome!. As our granddaughter said, "It was a magical house!" Our every need was attended to immediately, and with such graciousness. We had such a wonderful week, and felt so cared for. Thank you for providing such a wonderful staff. They took care of our every need. The house was perfect for our family--it is hard to believe that we had 20 people and it never felt crowded, and we all had our private places to go for respite from the crowd. We had two chef prepared dinners, and three yummy breakfasts which were wonderful! On our last night we had dinner at The Office on the Beach--a fun, perfect way to end a wonderful week! Thank you Michael and Marcela for making our stay worry free and "Magical".

We were travelling with a large group of 18 of all ages. Casa Theodore was a perfect setting for our holiday plans. The pictures don't do the house and the view justice. The house and bedroom set up is perfectly situated for large groups with enough room to be able to find a quiet spot as well. With close proximity to the beach as well as a short walk into town the location is great. The entire staff was very accommodating and helped with every little thing you needed. I would recommend Casa Theodore to groups of any size as we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Barry Cousins

The house was awesome! Amazing views, great infinity pool and grill area. We did not have issues with being too loud...and we were certainly not quiet. We had 16 dudes at the property and it went off without a hitch. There are several couches in addition to the beds, so we did not have to have guys double up in the beds which was good. We elected to get chefs for the three nights, which Id strongly recommend. First, the food tasted great (fajitas, steak, lobster, chicken, quesadillas, salad, potatoes, etc). But perhaps even more importantly, they cleaned up after us slobs, which allowed us to focus on what we did best: drinking case after case of Tecate Light by the pool. I expected an awesome house, and we got that. What I did not expect was the excellent service. They had security there around the clock...but it wasnt intrusive and in fact, it was nice considering all the passports and cash lying about. I definitely recommend Casa Mega Point (which also goes by Casa W) and would go back for sure.

The property was luxurious, coupled with outstanding customer service, which proved to be an excellent oasis for our event. Minutes from local restaurants and activities, the property was in a perfect location, and one that we will surely recommend to others planning to stay in this area. Overall we were thoroughly pleased with our stay at Casa Theodore.

We had a large group of friends getting together for a long weekend and Case Theodore worked out great. Michael and his team were accommodating and readily available, and the housekeeping service was prompt and thorough every day. The villa was great in that it has an phenomenal outdoor/pool area with a great view. We rented the entire villa (11BR's), the bedroom layout lends to a lot of privacy so you don't ever feel like you're on top of each other. We all had a great time, and Casa Theodore was a big part of it. Thank you!

I was in charge of planning the a weekend-long client event and had four guys trying to figure out all the activities they wanted to do and Michael was the most helpful and accommodating person throughout this experience. We kept changing our minds and couldn't decide between activities, and were planning up until the day before they were scheduled to arrive at the villa. I only had to contact Michael. He reached out to all the vendors for the different activities, and called and scheduled and confirmed everything for me, which made planning on my end a lot easier, as I only had one contact to keep track of. I would definitely recommend this place. All the guys that went said they had a wonderful time and wanted to make this an annual event. All the staff and activities were ready for them when we arrived and nothing was out of place or canceled on us. Michael was sooo extremely helpful throughout the planning process, I don’t think it could have been any easier to plan, especially with all of our indecisiveness.

We rented this villa for seven couples. We opted to have breakfast provided by the chef each morning as well as a chef prepared dinner on the first and last night. The food was really good and I'm glad we went with this option. The accomodations were very nice and kept extremely clean. The staff were very attentive but not to the point of intrusion. This villa also has a concierge so finding things to do locally is not a problem. We would definitely return to Casa Theodore. thank you to every one of the staff that helped to make our vacation hassle free and enjoyable.

Great spot for a large group, we had 23 people & everyone had their own space. The home also allowed for us to meet as a group both inside & out. Views are spectacular and the staff looked after our every need.

This place was perfect! We were a total of 16 people and Casa W was everything we had hope for.. Amazing infinity pool, top quality amenities (felt like a house in the US), amazing service and the least mentioned in other posts SUPER CLOSE TO TOWN! We actually walked to Cabo proper on several occasions. This place is perfect for a group looking to have fun at a top notch place... Everyone definitely wants to get back there!

Best Villa for a Bachelor Party! Just came back from the most amazing Cabo trip of my life. I had 17 of my friends fly down for 4 days of fun and debauchery. We've stayed in the Pedregal before, but this was by far the cleanest and most luxurious villa we've ever stayed in. The views are amazing, the infinity pool, the firepit, too many things to list. There's even a private club for late night fun - it was simply amazing and I'd highly recommend Casa Theodore for anyone considering a bachelor party or big group trip. Michael and his staff treated us like royalty with options of butlers, chefs, security, and provided anything we needed (beer runs, transportation, etc). They took care of everything. Looking forward to getting another trip together and staying here again.

Great stay! only complaint is the outside speakers did not working making the music in the house very loud

Casa W was incredible. We had 4 families in our group (20 people) and everyone had a great time. We had plenty of room considering we had 12 kids with us. Michael's staff is unbelievable and took great care of us during our time in Cabo. From reservations at restaurants to fishing charters, they handled everything with great professionalism. All of their suggestions were perfect and they were always available the entire time we were there. We would not hesitate to return to Casa W in the future.

Casa W was absolutely fantastic! The views were amazing and the pool was clean perfectly maintained. While the house was amazing and the staff was better! Adrian along with other staff members were extrmely attentive and accomodating. Chef Samuel was amazing and the food quality was very good. The concierge made the planning process a relaxed experience. This was all around one of the best travel experiences I have had in a very long time. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend! For my 40th birthday, we celebrated a vacation getaway with 5 of our favorite couples. Casa Theodore was a perfect place to celebrate! The staff was amazing and so friendly througout our stay and the chef was fantastic! We absolutely loved the food. We are already planning our next trip back to CT. I highly recommend Casa Theodore for your next stay in Cabo.

I ended up filling up the entire house with people. The view is amazing. Each room was beautiful. This house is set up with many of the rooms down stairs from the common areas which was very nice for those who wanted to go to sleep, while others wanted to stay up late. I highly recommend it staying here.

Casa Theodore is a great place for a large group ! The home is incredibly nice and the views are some of the best in Cabo. The amenities are clearly as advertised. Very close to both the marina for deep sea fishing and great golf courses. From the people who welcomed us, to the people taking care of the property, everything was first class. We would highly recommend this property when considering Cabo.

I had 21 friends fly down the weekend of 3/29/12 for my bachelor party. I rented Casa W and Casa Theodore. This is the way to do it. So much better (and more affordable) than staying at a hotel. Michael and his team will take care of all your needs during your stay. From dinner reservations to beer runs. I would STRONGLY recommend getting a chef and butler for weekend. The Mexican Cuisine our chef created was nothing short of amazing----this is no exaggeration. We did brunch and dinner every day of our stay. It was so nice waking up food and having a casual dinner before heading out for the evening. Accommodations--- nothing short of perfect. From the pools to the setting, it was nothing short of paradise. Both places were immaculately clean. And plenty of hot water! Guys--don't worry about being able to cut loose. We hung out at the pool into the early morning. No issues with noise. We were very respectful but certainly not angels. The setting is very private. Hopefully this is my last bachelor party but not my last time getting back to Casa W and Theodore.
