» Quesadilla - A Mexican Dish Consisting Of A Tortilla That Is Filled Primarily WIth Cheese, & Sometimes Other Ingredients, & Then Cooked On a Griddle. Choice Of:

» Cheese Only

» Cheese & Chicken ($3 extra per person)

» Cheese & Shrimp ($10 extra per person)

» Homemade Pico de Gallo With Mango

» Sour Cream

» Avocado Crema

» Tomatilla Salsa (Mild), Chile De Arbol Salsa (Medium), Habanero Salsa (Hot), & Habanero Mango Salsa (Hot)

Ordering Information

  • Standard Snack Service Hours: 2PM – 5PM (Service outside these hours will be subject to a 20% surcharge)
  • Includes the cost of food and cooking services. There will be a 15% service charge added to the total. Gratuities are not included.
  • No refunds will be made for any services booked through Aaacabo, Inc. with less than 72 hours’ written notice. Any cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee plus cost of food.
  • Please note 1 waiter is required for 8 or more guests and 2 waiters are required for 15 or more guests. Current pricing per waiter is $75 for Breakfast Service, $90 for Lunch Service and $120 for Dinner Service.
